L’AMAVÈ, acronym of amatriciana vegetable, is an italian tomato sauce with organic tofu created by chef La Stella Veg. The idea of using tofu derives from the many properties that this ingredient guarantees, many of which still not enough appreciated by the foreign cuisine. Source of proteins tofu does not contain cholesterol and the percentage of fat is very low, while instead it is very rich in many vitamins (D, B1, B2, B3 and it seems even B12) and mineral salts as calcium, iron, phosphorus, potassium and precious omega 3. It also contains flavonoids, plant antioxidants in the body that serve to fight free radicals.
