Cultivar: Nocellare del Belice and Biancolilla;

Harvest: October at the beginning of veraison;


Oil production

Place of extraction: Val Paradiso company oil mill – Naro (AG);

Milling: Cold at a temperature below 27 ° degrees;

Decanting: Natural in steel silos. Not Filtered;

Storage: Steel silos at controlled temperature.


Organoleptic profile

Bouquet: Medium fruity. Hints of tomato, artichoke and almond

Taste: Balanced slightly spicy;

Appearance: Golden color with greenish reflections.
