Made from 60% Peduncolo Rosso Refosco and 40% Refosco green grape stalk (Terrano)
South-facing vines, aged from 13th to 28th years old, cultivated in rows, with single and double capuccina system.
Manual grape harvest in boxes, immediate destemming, fermentation in contact with the grape skins for 4 days, with frequent pumping over at controlled temperature. Vinified and stored in stainless steel barrels.
Alcohol content of 13%
